Luther begins practicing as a paramedic. He gets involved in several cases. Westphall returns with a mission. He has seen the light and decides to run rampant over the staff. His ideas are valid but he has no patience. He is about to become a tyrant. Craig's son and pregnant daughter come to the house. It is mostly good but Mark has to be the center of attention. The episode ends in a frightening fashion.
