A second bomb goes off near a gift shop. The perp is a young guy who thinks by killing random people he is making an anti-abortion statement. Fiscus gets geriatric patients for his community service role. The scene with the two old folks playing the piano is a bit contrived. The two nurses mend their ways. Finally, John Doe #6 realizes who he is. Or does he. He does know his Shakepeare!
