"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned..."
planktonrules12 March 2016
The characters of Doreen and Sheik were obviously inspired by Bonnie and Clyde...at least as a starting point. The pair are in love and they also love robbing armored cars. In their last robbery, the guards all ended up getting killed as one of them tried to fight back. Sheik also got shot...but not seriously. As for one of his men, he also got shot but was more seriously wounded...so Sheik kills him! Nice guy, huh?! Soon they hide the money in a locker and Doreen hides the key...and even Sheik doesn't know where it is. In the meantime, they hang out in Tennessee with Doreen's grouchy father and sister. But when the Feds try to capture them, Doreen is caught and Sheik and his right-hand man escape. Doreen isn't worried...she figures that Sheik will bust her out as they are in love and he would do anything for her. But when Sheik finds Doreen's sister just as attractive, things get ugly!

Anne Francis is find as Doreen and this is a good show mostly because it's a nice change of style and pace. Worth seeing.

Quite often gorgeous girsl are bewitched by ugly crooks!!!!

For many times on movies beauty girls are bewitched by ugly scoundrels, it's happens twice in this episode, the Sheik gang including a fabulous blonde girl Doreen Maney (Anne Francis) was involved in an armored car robbery, letting many dead bodies behind, the money was hidden in a locker on a station, the clever Doreen left the key there, just she knows where, they run away to hide on a countryside at Tennessee Doreen's father farmhouse, he already knows by newspaper what's going on, also Sheik meets his younger sister Maybelle, as pretty than his sister, Sheik has some interest on her, then comes Eliot Ness & Co. to there, they escape, but on the way Ness catch Doreen and make an ambitious scheme to get Sheik and his partner, Anne Francis as special guest star has a mind-blowing acting as cold and manipulative mind, Ness wisely just wait forbearingly the exact moment to act, noteworthy episode!!!

The most successful episode of The Untouchables!

Warning: Spoilers
This episode of "The Untouchables" is perhaps, in my opinion, the very best of the entire series! Here the viewer gets a complete picture of life in the 1930's for the more brazen criminals in Gangland history. We have the ruthless Doreen Maney and her boyfriend Sheik Humphries, and the comely and lonely kid sister, who is so easily able to wedge her way into the heart of Sheik, and make him reconsider his "love" for this evil wench Doreen (Ann Frances). It is complete, with no loose ends hanging, and the acting on the part of the entire cast is splendid and realistic! It's simply my favorite, and there are some truly beautiful scenes by this well choreographed ensemble!

Lovebirds
bkoganbing1 October 2013
In this Untouchables episode the squad is now operating out of the Bronx and in charge of the hunt for a pair of Bonnie and Clyde like bandits played by Anne Francis and Christopher Dark. They've been dubbed the Love Birds by the press, but it's 30 calibre love they're spreading.

After a big score in the Bronx where several people were killed. Francis hides the loot and takes off to visit her father and sister Connie Hines in the piney woods of East Tennessee. What Robert Stack has in mind is to use her as bait as Dark vows to spring her from jail.

Dark is a resourceful guy and that mush mouth southern drawl shouldn't fool you about Francis. Still Dark proves just an inch or two too sure of himself and that's his downfall.

What Treasury agents would be doing taking down bank robbers is anyone's guess because that is the sphere of the FBI. And it has come down in history and movie legend that Bonnie And Clyde were done in by the Texas Rangers. Still this episode is fun because of Anne Francis who has one sexy way about her.
