Typically entertaining show with pleasant mix of comedy and song. Jack gets interrupted on stage by tourist family who dribble in seeking group picture with Jack. Of course, things don't go as planned, and in amusing fashion. Sketch segment involves Jack renting his house while he goes on show-biz tour. Naturally, the renters stumble across all of tightwad Jack's little schemes to milk them of extra money. Other highlights are Don Wilson feuding with his wife while working in a commercial at the same time, plus Jack's matronly fan club visiting from Pasadena. Overall, there's nothing special, just a typical light-hearted half-hour with America's master showman.
