Watson follows Sherlock and hears him talking about planning something with criminals and he tells Lestrade.
Watson hires a doctor to come over an evaluate Holmes. Watson thinks Holmes is losing it. By the time Holmes gets through he analyzes the doctor at the dinner table and the doctor who is very funny and awkward runs off scared.
In the end Watson and Lestrade are surprised about the case Holmes was working on and everything works out. Sherlock teases Watson about something he said to him previously and he sees Watson is kind of angry he than says to Watson "Did you ever get the feeling that you are King of England".
