- Virgile, while under the control of the Hellphone, stands on a cafeteria table and begins dancing to a crowd of people in a school cafeteria. He goes over to another table and starts taking off his clothes, except for his tie, performing in a striptease act. He then grabs a food tray to cover himself while taking off his underwear. Afterwards, he throws away the food tray, completely baring himself naked in front of everyone in the cafeteria. His buttocks are visible, but no frontal nudity is seen.
- In the cafeteria scene, a girl sniffs Virgile's underwear that was thrown at her and stuffs it into her shirt.

- In the kitchen scene there is a charachter who, while under the spell of the Hellphone, stabs herself multiple times and with multiple knives, then she slamms a toothpick into her forehead. As she slumps down to the floor dead we see all of the knives in her body along with a considerable amount of blood. Another charachter is stabbed in the back with an electric knife and then electrocuted while on a rampage with a chain saw.
- In a classroom scene a charachter gulps down a hazardous chemical and then immediately bloats with skin shown melting from the chemical reaction.
