Watchable, it definitely develops well.

Vince and Perry have worked together at a Barbers for thirty five years, after years of hatred and hidden resentment, Perry fantasises about killing Vince, and after a disagreement about the future of the business, a clever murder takes place.

This is one of those mysteries that grows on you, it definitely gets better as it develops, early on, I wasn't impressed, I thought it dragged along, and felt mind numbingly repetitive, but when you get that big twist, it becomes something rather good.

It takes you back to those 1980's barber shops, so basic and grim looking. I love that Morwed was shocked by the idea of a male hairdresser, maybe it was just a lack of them in Wales?

Nice to hear a range of Welsh accents in a 1980's drama, not often the case, and the performances are rather strong, Robert Stephens, John Cater and Ann Mitchell, all good.

6/10.
