100 YEARS OF HORROR is a 26-episode TV series made in 1996 and featuring the delightful Christopher Lee as host, his sonorous narration exploring the history of horror cinema in the 20th century. Each themed episode contains plentiful clips from the films mentioned along with brief interview footage seemingly culled from other documentaries as well as TV shows and the like.
ZOMBIES is another straight episode exploring zombie cinema, with a focus on older movies. The only gut-munching zombie films you're going to see featured here are the classic NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD and the comedy RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD, but the emphasis is very much on classic portrayals of the walking dead as seen in the likes of WHITE ZOMBIE, PLAGUE OF THE ZOMBIES, and about a dozen others in between. The humorous and insightful interview clips are once again the main reason to tune in.
