This military comedy, written by Arthur Hankins and produced by Oscar Eagle, will make fun. Charles Clary well plays the raw recruit who bungles in his drill and is detailed to breaking coal and later is sent to the guardhouse. His arrest of the colonel's wife for an infringement of a reservation regulation will furnish hearty amusement. Frank Wood plays the colonel. Rose Evans the wife and Alma Russell the maid. All are good. - The Moving Picture World, August 30, 1913
