WALL·E (2008) Plus avec IMDbPro »

The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

WALL·E finds a discarded bra in the garbage, and not knowing what it is, puts its cups over his eyes (played for innocent comedy).

There is a constant romantic tension between WALLE and EVE.

Violence & Gore

There is no gore. The character of EVE does shoot a futuristic, fictional gun, but she does not hit any characters, only inanimate objects (a TV screen, the hull of a spaceship, etc.).

There is a quick shot in the film where one robot character falls some distance and breaks apart upon hitting the ground.

Cartoonish fight scene involving human vs robot in which the human is thrown around and poked in the eyes at least once.

Profanity

There is no Profanity in the movie Wall e.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking

There is No Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking in the movie Wall e

With a setting built on a future culture of extreme consumerism, including a trash-covered and uninhabitable Earth and the infantilization and physical helplessness of humanity, the overall film is quite deep and thematically dark for a G-rated movie.

Scenes in which the robot EVE menacingly uses her powerful energy gun to fire at WALL·E and his pet insect.

Some scenes of WALL·E being frightened/damaged/nearly crushed/put in danger which may seem emotional/frightening due to his being more "alive" than most other robots.

There is a Scene where several humans are almost crushed, However they are saved by EVA.
