- The characters are stalked by a masked killer, this may be frightening for some young viewers. There a few jump scenes and one somewhat intense chase scene.
- Two deaths in particular are particularly disturbing. One involving a frightened, disoriented, blood soaked woman getting hung in the elevator. The other involving a woman tied to a rotating wheel in a creepy circus themed, Saw-like trap. Once the wheel stops spinning, the now dizzy, helpless woman has an axe split her face.
