Wtf

So, I like the episode. Only one problem, it makes no sense. Like, all those things people do without fear. It makes no sense. I don't jump off a bridge because of fear. I don't jump because I now that could end my life. You know, logical thinking. Sure, there are things I don't do because of fear. But I don't throw at my friends because of logical thinking, not just because of fear.

Decent episode.

Warning: Spoilers
Damn, Rogwan is pretty scary. The Order pales in comparison but I guess it makes sense. It doesn't necessarily mean they're weak, he's just that strong. But the Order still doesn't seem as proficient as you'd expect. Maybe this chapter, the one we're familiar with, is the weakest out of all the chapters or something. To be fair, though, if the enemies are as strong as Rogwan and if there weren't weaker enemies that were still strong enough to showcase the Order in a stronger, more proficient manner, it's understandable to not think highly of the Order.

Luckily, Rogwan was forced back into the demon realm, albeit he did a decent amount of his fear-eating fetish, causing a decent amount of damage to be done. The only problem is that he managed to bring along Lilith. I'm interested to see how that turns out.

The scene that showed the effects from the usage of the Excidium was a little confusing, though, at first. But I managed to unravel that confusion in my mind. Anyway, I'm guessing the Knights will do a reckless play by summoning Rogwan, as a means to a portal to the demon realm to be opened, and will get through it, somehow.

Now, am I right to assume that the whole situation is over and Rogwan can't come back until another twenty-seven years? Unless he's simply summoned, like before. I still don't quite get the explanation around that. He has a chance to come into the human realm every twenty-seven years by himself but he can still be summoned, right? But he isn't, because the Order learned their lesson, which means the only way he can come into the human realm is when he can do it himself, and that's every twenty-seven years, yes? Some insight would be appreciated.

Lastly, I don't quite get the ending but I'm sure it'll be explained, probably in the next episode. At first, I thought it was Rogwan but why would the demons have this formal way of communicating with other societies as if they're included in this guild of guilds, of sorts, in a manner of which doesn't seem like the demons would be included in, you know? But he did seem to know about the Order. He called Vera by her title, although I guess he may have obtained such knowledge in the past, not because the demons are involved in something like that. My other guess would be that the Esoteric Sons of Prometheus (which doesn't sound very demon-like to be a secret demon society) is the party that "acquired" the artifacts from the Knights. And I'm a little confused by Vera's final line at the end but all will be revealed, in due time, I'm sure.

Just terrible
kingsx_6422 July 2020
Season 2 is a debacle. Just terrible. Every ounce of momentum they built in season 1 is gone. The forced comedy/cuteness falls flat every time. There is nothing funny. All of a sudden it went to full on campy. Nothing is serious anymore. Everything is a freakin joke. And lets not forget someone is suddenly gay. smh. Yea, cause that will fix this terrible season. The relationships the characters developed in season one are completely gone. There isn't one interesting story line thus far in season 2, and I don't expect that to change with only 6 episodes left. The show was only ever semi good to begin with, but now it's unwatchable. Even for a netflix production. Season 1 and season 2 have nothing in common. Nothing. It's like they attempted to roll back the target audience to suit 12yr olds. What were they thinking? Ick
