Amazing.

This is one of the greatest short films I have ever seen. Beautifully shot and constructed, this is truly a staggering work of art. It floors me that it's not more known. It cuts to the core of human frailty and emotions in an incredible way and is wonderfully unnerving and utterly fantastic. I want to know more about it and it's filmmakers. It is a pity it seems there hasn't been new work from those involved in this in a while. I want to see more, for sure! Regardless though, this short is a miniature masterpiece and should be more seen by all. I'd like to go on and on but I feel like further words would ruin the impact of this work!

Warning: Spoilers
Well, if there were an award for the oddest short film or the short film that could have the most possible interpretations, then it would certainly go to SUNSHINE BOB. The only living "actor" in the film is a dog that is biting Bob at the end--otherwise, a creepy mechanical man with a rubberized face is the only star in the film. Again and again, you see him doing things around the house and with each scene, you see and hear Bob ask permission to do what he wants. Considering how creepy this character looks, I am sure some might be a bit put off by him! And in each case, you hear no one answer. At the end, when Bob is asking permission to stop his car, you once again hear no one and so naturally the car eventually crashes. Odd, very stuff indeed!
