Jessie battles to escape here nightmares, whilst the team hatch a plan to catch The Linen Man.
A pretty good episode, unfortunately it doesn't involve then solving any sort of case, it instead focuses more on the overarching predicament of the rip. A few soap opera moments among the regulars, and I won a bet for my prediction coming true about John Watson, absolutely hilarious, but dire writing on that front.
Enjoyable, make believe sci fi fluff, any hint of the original Irregulars premise has long since evaporated, enjoy it for what it is. With a different name and set of Detectives, I'd have enjoyed a lot more.
I'm a big fan of Clarke Peters, he's a terrific actor, but I find him a little flat here, I'm not sure if it's the part, or what, but he could have perhaps added a little more zest.
It was watchable, the only way I'd watch again, is with chlorophyll, 6/10.
