Top-shelf! Her first film and Maya knocked it out of the park! A must see by parents, teens and pre-teens! The acting was phenomenal. The directing was superb. The scenes were engaging and to top everything off Maya is only 16! I can't wait to see what this young lady does next! I know that she is a motivational speaker but her thought process in this movie is what motivates me as an adult! I can not wait for the world to see her in action! Top-shelf!

I love the fact that it's made by someone my age (16), and it just shows how much potential Maya has at her age. I can expect a good career based off of her first movie.

I can't believe this film was written, produced and cast by a 16 year old. This is the perfect film for every teen and parent to see that have to face the dating conversation. It had a little humor, compassion, and promotes communication.

I recommend I'm Ready to everyone.

Wow, I can't believe this work came from a 16 year old. It was well thought out and the message was terrific!

The way it was written truly gave a perspective that as an adult I never thought of, it was truly about substance and not being superficial.

The message is one for adults and teens to take to heart. Having a truthful conversation between parents and their children is essential for today and beyond.

I can't wait to see where it goes from here or what's next for this young Penny Marshall.

I had know idea what "I'm Ready" was about after seeing the title. What a lovely film for the whole family. This film gives the world great insight on how easy communication can really be based on any scenario.
