I saw this last month at the 2008 Palm Springs International Short Fest. From the Netherlands and director/writer Jurgen Blick this is the story of little handicapped girl (Emma Goosens) who lives in a large and beautiful old home and the time has come where she must leave the home to be admitted into the children's ward of a hospital. A team of nurses are charged with the task overseen by a couple (Fred Butler and Caroline de Cristofaro. Also in the cast are Sem Van Den Nieuwendijk as the little boy and Mieke Mink as the old woman and Arie Smit as the old man. This is a drama with a twist at the end. Excellent cinematography by Willem Nagtglas and art direction from Wesley Kobus. I don't recall that there was any dialog in this dark and brooding mysterious drama. Goosens is great as the little girl. I would give this a 8.0 out of 10 and recommend it.
