Amadou Diallo, an immigrant in New York chasing a better life, is shot and killed by four white Officers, who discharged 41 bullets.
Unbelievable, the story and outcome will make you feel repulsed, reviled and disgusted by the rotten, corrupt, self serving system. Had Amadou been shot at once, you could argue a mistake was made, 41 shots though, that's a massacre.
Mrs Diallo, what an incredible, balanced, considerate lady, who commands respect, a shame she didn't take to the stand.
I think it's worth remembering what New York was like at the time, crime was rife, a million miles away from what it is now.
The Defence Lawyer, how he can sit that and to this day claim that his clients are innocent, Shocking, however the look of guilt upon his face said it all.
Fortunately things are changing, this was a stark reminder of how corruption works, this was a sickening story.
9/10.
