A salaryman's fall from grace almost results in his suicide. Luckily, before he jumps, a mysterious man saves him. Unluckily, the man is a sadomasochist who chains him to a bed under a hospital and proceeds to rape him repeatedly.

If you're still interested, you'll be glad to know the ex-salaryman finds pleasure in the pain and begins to find reason to live outside of Japan's "follow your (read:our) dream of working til you die."

Let's not kid ourselves: this movie exists to be as close to pornography as Japanese censors will allow (despite multiple scenes of ejaculation and penetration, we never see more than the curve of a bottom). The two newcomers in lead roles do acquit themselves reasonably well (although, how anyone can find scenes of a man screaming as vibrating anal beads are forcibly pushed up his rectum erotic astounds me) and show some gravitas in the heavier stuff (scenes of the salaryman's old life as it fell apart, and of the masochist's present offer more than just filler).

This definitely has an audience, just not the mainstream. Worth a watch if you're into Yaoi and boys love or gay hentai.

At least I can handle to watch this till the end compared to another movie called 'ADONIS' which is pretty disgusting, because there's no censorship at all.. This movie has a quite good story which well portrayed by the actor...

Twisted but deep

It is quite a twisted plot, but is deep and thought provoking. The interaction between the two leads are quite believable, especially towards the end.

Meen is very fun, if you are under 18 don't watch.

Best Yaoi Live Action with real Plot

This is simply not just any kidnapping bdsm hardcore stuff thrown with little plot to make it acceptable as a movie, cuz even the sex scenes itself has its own meaning (gonna love it more if ur into bdsm stuff), It also explores depression, society, suicide, and anything a person can do in depths of despair, grief, and desperation just in a view of homosexual people (warning for a bit depressing content especially for viewers who is grieving for loved ones or have suicidal tendencies).

anyways they did it greatly. Amazing movie really recommend it!

Whatever this is... its a masterpeice

I liked it even tho I'm a bit confused on what I watched. Like it all made sense but I'm confused because I don't know what to label it as. I would say it was porn but it has too much suicide or just death.

Aside from all that the plot was intresting the scenes were nicely censored even tho I belive the main sadist needs to learn when gloves should be used. Also the flashback scenes were a nice break between all the sexual action.

The ending where they went to eat gave me huge stockholm sydrome vibes, but like the last few scenes just kinda gave me a huge codependancy by sexual distraction vibes.

But in the end it was perfect. Like some toys were very hardcore for my vanila ass, but in the end their usage made sense. The amount of death balanced out the sex.

And I excpecially loved the creepy whisteling, the basement setting and the under bed camera angle.

Twisted, Complicated, and Heartbreaking

At first the viewer is lead to believe this will be a horror, thriller. A man awakens to find himself naked and strapped to a bed. Left open and exposed in a grim looking industrial setting, our first male lead waits.

As the story unfolds, it's obvious that both men are a bit unhinged. What seems like sexual sadism with an unwitting victim, turns into a complicated story of grief, desperation, and longing that finds both the perpetrator and victim have nothing left to live for except each other.

I didn't see the third act coming, but both actors convincingly portrayed their evolution from combative master and slave to tender partners. While the methods of the doctor are beyond the pale, both men wouldn't be alive without the other. I honestly wish there was a short coda (ala The Pornographer) to give us an insight into the future of these two lost people.

I have watched this film several times and I find the more I watch it, the more I see the anguish of the characters and less the sensational nature of the sexual acts. While not for everyone, if you are open to a non-conventional romance and an intriguing character study, this film is for you.
