This episode hearkens back to the old style Simpsons.

Warning: Spoilers
A good couch gag leads to a solid episode.

Moe meets Maya online. She's a beautiful woman who's actually interested in him. But she's a little person so he feels a little uneasy about her. He's scared to introduce her to the guys fearing they won't accept her. He proposes but in usual Moe style, ends up botching it and she tells him to leave. While this is going on Maggie is also being bullied at the playground outside of the bar. I didn't find that plot line to be very interesting except the scene with Homer and Marge at the end, it was heartwarming.

Maya really does care for Moe but he misses the point of what it means to truly love someone. So it didn't work out with Maya and Homer gives Moe some great advice. I can't say it better than Homer....

"Sometime when you least expect it, you'll realize that someone loved you and that means someone can love you again, and that'll make you smile."

Heartfelt Episode, Happy Reviewer

Eeny Teeny Maya Moe was an amazing episode. I have watched 6 other Season 20 episodes, and there was 1 bad, 2 okay, 3 good, and 1 really good episode. This episode is the really good episode. Eeny Teeny Maya Moe is a heartfelt episode, which makes me a happy reviewer. This episode just has great romance and great characters. The plot is very interesting and nice. The episode is also a very funny episode. I have only watched 7 episodes in this season so far, but this is the best episode in the season that I have watched. Doesn't come close to the best, but this is still a great episode. Now you might be thinking that Moe already got a girlfriend, but this time she is bigger and better. Or should I say smaller and better. I love this episode so much, and I would recommend it to you if you like comedy and or romance. In all, I give this a 8.4 out of 10. A great episode.

"And that'll make you smile"...

The Simpsons has those very few episodes that are capable of bringing a tear to the manliest of eyes, and this could be one of those episodes.

Whomever wrote the dialogue in this episode was certainly on point, because there were some great, funny and surprisingly touching lines in this episode especially from Homer to Maggie and another speech given by Homer to Moe towards the end.

I don't usually write reviews, but this was an episode with a lot of heart and shone some light on the importance of not judging people and what it can really mean to love someone.

It may not have been the funniest or the most consistent episode, but it was by far the most touching episode they've put out in a long time, so for that I have awarded it 10 out of 10.

An incredibly moving episode
safenoe26 February 2016
Warning: Spoilers
Two story lines here:

1. Moe dating a one foot female he met online - I wasn't sure how this would end but it was incredibly touching with Homer delivering a very sensitive and encouraging line. It was sad in a way but very poignant nonetheless.

2. Homer leaving Maggie in a playground with bullies. Homer really redeemed himself and it demonstrates deep down how much he loves his family.

Normally it's the episodes from seasons 1 to 10 that are classics, but this truly stood out as one to watch again and admire.

It's alright, the ending is contrived

Warning: Spoilers
Nice to see an episode where moe is a suicidal whipping boy, but the ending makes no sense and seems forced to get back to status quo. They could have easily stayed together
