Not as good as the original but still a good show!

This isn't as good as the 70's show, but follows a similar path with obvious story lines being ripped out of the original and altered to work in a modern environment they have been compacted and combined a little bit too much but still giving enough story to be fun viewing . This show will not suit people that only like single dimension characters, Overall its very entertaining in a slightly more mature method, It feels a little rushed by the simple fact they only had 6 episodes. I think this show deserves to gets second season to go further into the story than it did.

The shame is too many people will have expected to see a Mad Max post apocalypse rip off rather than a program about survival after a plague.

All in all a good show worth watching .

Awful

I don't care to watch this pap. Why are these characters so gay? Did the virus only allow mentally retarded people to survive? Why?

If there is ever a good reason to put more money into high quality TV production, this is it. There are no redeeming features to this one. Maybe they are saving the quality for the director's cut or something. This needed zombies. After all it started off with images of Muslims praying (like in Day of the Dead), and had loads of empty streets and cities (like Shaun of the Dead and 28 days later)

The characters appear to be stupid and scenarios are contrived. Why are they not taking advantage of the unguarded armouries to get all the military hardware they need to be able to take out their enemies?

What was the point? Is this entertainment aimed at retards?
