This movie is horrible on an epic scale. Whoever said Kurt Angle could act needs to be shot out of a cannon into deep space. His acting ability sucks so much that light can't escape it. My wife LOVES cheesy movies and she couldn't make it through the first 20 minutes.

As for the movie > I've honestly seen hardcore porn movies with better acting and plot line. For what little time I was able to stomach this cinematic catastrophe, the actors talked to their shoes with their hands in their pockets.

I literally became a member of IMDb because of this movie. I wanted to warn everyone.

My wife is forever banned from renting movies. She wasted a $1 in the Red Box movie rental machine when I could've had more entertainment by setting the money on fire and watching it burn in my BBQ grill.

3 Minutes is all you need
vampyrecowboy10 February 2011
If you can sit through this mess for more than 3 minutes, congratulations.

This is exceedingly bad.

A story? Nah, not there.

Performance? HAHAHA! Everything in this movie is bad - from start to finish. The sad thing is, somebody actually thought that this was good enough to mass market and put out for retail.

There are so many other things to watch than this...why even bother to consider it? If you're reading this review and you don't take my advice, then you will surely regret it later.

Don't waste your time!
scottwilcox326 January 2010
I have never written a review before, but for this movie I had to. Please do not waste your time and money on this movie. This was, by far, the worst movie I have ever seen. It's worse than a bad porno without the nudity and sex. I should have turned it off after 2 minutes, but my wife wanted to still watch it. The script may have looked good on paper, but the acting, directing, and production didn't work. You can tell that some of the actors could have a future in the entertainment industry, but I hope their participation in this film didn't ruin their future careers. I think Jenna Morasca performed the best in this film and she should have a good career.

Rent this movie!!!
tao38763 January 2010
This movie has everything. Bad acting, over acting, no acting, terrible camera work, bad camera angles, awful lighting, terrible dialogue and plenty of holes in the plot. Any schmuck with a $500 camera and a boom mic can make this crap.

So, grab a case of beer, a few friends and sit back and be prepared to make fun of a movie so bad that not even "Mystery Science Theatre" would touch it.

Do NOT attempt to watch this movie sober though or you will find yourself feeling your IQ drop with every bad line after another and regret wasting the $1 you could've spent on something more useful... say an icepick to stab your eyes out with.

Unbelievably Bad - It's Cecil B. Demile of Bizarro World
info-188322 January 2010
Warning: Spoilers
Holy Cow ! It's late at night. There's nothing on TV. My wife made her last trip out for the night to Red Box and spent our last $1. We're desperate for TV entertainment. I've watched my last Star Trek VHS tape for the 1000th time so I can't do that again.

I am, instead, watching my blue screen in silence because that is 100 times better than this movie. I made it about 20 minutes and couldn't take it any longer. I'll listen to my Slim Whitman tapes and watch the blue screen before I push that DVD back into the player. I barely escaped with my life.

I'm telling you this thing is bad... I mean really bad.

WORST movie in a while
dummyaccount61923 August 2010
When you spend 95% of the time thinking about how bad the acting and directing is... you KNOW it has to suck. Never spent so much time analyzing a movie before.

Acting sucked, directing sucked. All filmed from 1 angle. Transitions were horrible.

This should be shown in cinema class because this is what you "SHOULDNT" do when making a movie.

Became a member just to rate this too.

Wow, I didn't even have the minimum 10 lines of text to submit this review.. hmm... lets see, only reason to watch this is if you're a Kurt Angle fan, but due to poor screen writing and directing, this movie just sucked too much.

This movie sucks...Oh it's true..its DAMN TRUE!!
brimcq547722 September 2013
yuck...one of the worst movies you will ever see.. i stopped watching this halfway through.. horrible acting.. Kurt Angle is the worst! He does have a really funny sex scene although i don't think it is supposed to be funny.. Really bad film.. Don't judge all wrestlers and their acting ability by Mr. Angle's here.. I would dare say Hulk Hogan is a much better actor! Stick to wrestling and drinking Kurt, because this isn't worth anyone's time.. I would like to try and say the story was bad but i couldn't tell you what it was about.. Just avoid this at all costs.. You can find better things to watch on your local cable station!

Horrible...
stacnpl234 March 2010
Terrible acting by all the characters. So scripted out - no emotion in what they were acting

The white cop was terrible and he killed the movie! The wrestler wasn't terrible for this not being his main career.

Definitely disappointed with all the acting for the main part. The story wasn't terrible but the bad acting got in the way from wanting from enjoying the movie.

Didn't want to finish watching the movie!!

I wouldn't recommend this movie!

And there's not much more to say.

As Bad As It Gets
deharvy27 December 2009
Warning: Spoilers
This movie is as bad as it gets. End Game was a waste of everyone's time, including the actors, the directors and the unfortunate viewers. Every actor / actress was horrible and the storyline was non-existent.

Watching the movie was laughable; it actually turned into a comedy when it wasn't meant to be. The acting and the lines were just that horrible that I burst into laughter a couple of times.

There was this part of the movie where the cop came home after the continuing investigation of a series of murders. His wife is already well aware of the suspected murderer and has witnessed the cop being harassed by phone calls to their home. As he lied in bed with his wife, the suspected murderer calls his house phone. He picks up and after a brief conversation (meant to be a scare / taunt tactic), the cop's wife says, "Well, he seems like a very decent guy." Cop responds, "Decent? How do you know?" She answers, "Well, he called a few times when you weren't home." Cop replies, "So, you talked to him?" She answers, "Yeah, he seems nice." I'm left thinking to myself, wow, this is classic. It was hilarious.

Don't watch this movie. You may not even find humor in how horrible it is.

This movie is awful hilarious
ramibigboss4 October 2010
if you want to see a film that sucks at all aspects, i recommend you to see this one.

it's so awful that you will laugh at the acting. the genre of this movie must be comedy instead of drama.

sometime you will think that Kurt Angel Pay for the producer to act in this movie. on the other hand who did pay to produce this movie???? What a waste of money!!!

Kurt angel must be banned from acting. someone must tell him to stay in wrestling....

Anyway a piece of advice to Kurt angel:

Kurt Angel ---- NO ACTING ANYMORE.... It's bad for your reputation...

It doesn't pretend to be Scorcese or Spielberg...
evilmustang29 December 2009
Considering that this movie is completely devoid of any pretense (or budget), I find it remarkably entertaining. The thing that I like best is that a small-town guy produced this thing on essentially zero budget... and it actually made the jump to distribution legitimacy.

The film appears to have been made in a way that it doesn't take itself too seriously, and I like that about it. So what if the actors lack polish.. Neither did the actors in Night of the Living Dead, and it's still regarded as a great movie.

I bought the DVD after I rented it. Call me crazy, but I'll enjoy watching it again.

Not a bad movie made for 10 bucks
marbleann1 May 2012
OK it is not Chinatown, but for what it was it is not that bad. Seen a lot worse movies that are filled with big stars and made with big money. The lead detective did not bother me too much because my father was a Detective and that is basically how they act. No flash, shoot outs, car chases. Just asking a lot of questions. The faux detective was mean enough that if I saw him I would cross the street. I did not understand how he got a date, he looked and sounded so ominous. the female lead was a winner on Survivor I did not realize it until the end of the movie when I saw her name in the credits again. She was OK. The movie was cheaply made viewers should not dismiss it. And yes most of the cast was like people they met in the street and asked if they wanted a few hundred bucks and the scenery could of been in somebodies backyard pond and the police station probably was in the same apartment the old lady lived. It was tightly made and kept my interest.

0 stars!! HORRIBLE!
jeffreyli_8014 January 2010
This movie is the worst movie I have seen. I know it is a low budget film but this was horrible! I watched like 3 minutes of this movie and couldn't stand it, ff and it was still not cutting it. Waste of time and money; I even took time out to write this because it was so awful, never reviewed a movie but had to for this one!

Don't even know why they would spend money making such a lame film. Have seen way better low budget films compared to this.

How is it possible for others to give this more than the lowest one star is beyond my understanding.

Kurt Angle's acting is real bad, same with the other actors...

DO NOT WATCH!

Not worth watching for 1 minute
seer-219 June 2011
I have now found a movie which will replace my all time worst movie, a film dating back to the 1970s which has reigned A #1 worst film for about 35 years.

This film is absolutely horrible. The acting is non existent, the dialogue could be written by a four year old or a chimpanzee with a typewriter, the "actors" are largely unknowns... and I can now see why. I won't spoil this film for anyone by describing the plot... because it essentially has none.

Please spare yourself. I don't know why I watched it til the end... I'm either a glutton for punishment or just couldn't believe how bad it was.

If I could give it negative stars I would.

Worst than WWE films, and those are already bad
EasternZZ9 November 2019
This movie is TNA's failed attempt at becoming a film production company like the WWE. The movies that the WWE make are pretty Sh!tty already, and this is even worst. Seriously I don't want to blame a movie for having extremely low DVD bargain-like quality, it is all about the acting and the story. This movie has none.

It is just so bad that you roll your eyes and start laughing and some ridiculous scenes. There is such a silly rape scene it is comical.

As amateurish as you can imagine
Wizard-822 March 2013
In the 1980s, with the home video market emerging and providing lucrative to independent filmmakers, some independent filmmakers made movies for the market with their video cameras and with very little money. Almost all of these movies were unbelievably awful. "End Game" seems to be an homage to those ultra cheap movies, with not much improvement in filmmaking skill. Although I paid only $1.40 (including tax) for this movie, I felt ripped off by what I saw. Though this movie is not videotaped, the visual look is all the same extremely tacky and cheap. There is almost nothing in the way of production values, with the movie shooting on location instead of on sets, and often with no spotlights brought in to light things up. The acting, while not the worst I've seen, leaves A LOT to be desired. The worst thing about the entire enterprise has to be the script. The story is EXTREMELY slow- moving and does everything it can to delay things before the end, with absolutely no mystery or suspense along the way. Even if you are a fan of Kurt Angle in the wrestling ring, this isn't even a movie to see for free on a slow night.

Terrible
dbborroughs6 December 2009
Warning: Spoilers
Absolutely awful film about a cop hunting a psycho who kidnaps his girlfriend and daughter.

Its a film full of non-performances, which is okay I suppose since the cast was working from an alleged script that was written by some one who has no real feel for what reality is. if you listen to the dialog its a variation on a spoof of cop shows not material for an alleged thriller. Frankly people do not speak or act like this except in bad movies. Its a dirtball of a movie and has the feel of a film that was either made on the fly for a quick buck, or made by people who really don't have a clue and think a snarky attitude in film-making will make a compelling film. Personally I think they had no clue and thats the reason the film hasn't gotten a big release.

KURT ANGLE ROCKS...
nogodnomasters26 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
KURT ANGLE ROCKS...us to sleep with his Van Diesel impersonation. The movie starts out with a great blues soundtrack and a dive hotel. I am thinking a classic Sam Spade type movie. Our villain, Kurt Angle, a WWE wrestler, is by far the best actor in this film, which should give you a heads up.

The "actor" who played the cop was so bad it was comical. The movie starts out with Kurt handcuffing his "date" to a bed then taking her from behind while suffocating her with his paw. At this point he eludes the cops who are extremely stupid. Kurt wears a peel off mask to disguise himself, but the effect is so poor, he really doesn't look much different with the mask on, less so than C. Kent and Superman.

While there are many sexual situations, there is no nudity, even in the strip joint, where customers at this Pittsburgh bar are satisfied to see women strip down to their undergarments.

The only decent dialogue was when the cop was investigating the murder at the dive hotel and talks to the manager. Cop: "How do you know she was a prostitute?" Manager: "Do you think she came here for the atmosphere?" Cop: "Did you hear anything unusual, like loud noises?" Manager: "Yea. That is every night." At this point the movie doesn't get any better. It might be a worthwhile view while being stoned with your MST buddies.

Enjoyable Film
willyhilly24 November 2009
First thing you have to take into consideration when starting this film, is the quality of acting, whilst Kurt's acting is surprisingly good, the cast does let the film down. The movie does have some great moments while at other times, cast selection really lets it down I really enjoyed the plot and structure of the movie. With a larger budget, it could have been made a lot better. A fairly chilled movie to watch, but don't expect a thriller, but a movie that will keep you guessing for a while. Well done Kurt, I do think he is making an effort to stay away from the stereotypes of the wrestler/actor by attempting a solid role instead of going straight for the expected roles.
