I just finished watching this episode. This was another fantastic episode. We saw Ty's mom, Lily, make her return a year after Ty's death. There was obvious tension between Amy and Lily right off the bat and that was because we find out Lily never showed up after Ty's death. It has been over a year and this is the first Amy has seen of Ty's mom, and it was unexpected at that. To top it all off Wade's racehorse shows up at the same time just adding to the tension. This episode contained beautiful mother/daughter scenes with Amy and Lyndy that I hope are just the beginning of this season. This episode also showed Amy still struggling to come to terms with the loss of her beloved Ty, even a year later. Between Lily showing up unexpectedly and Lou being so wrapped up in her own world, and not being there for Amy, Amy feels all alone and finally blows up. At the end of the episode we see Lou and her struggling to come to grips with Ty's death. She breaks down to Peter, who has come into town. So far each episode has shown each family member trying to come to grips on their own with Ty's death. In my opinion, the episodes so far this season have been great. I am looking forward to the rest of the season.
