A happy return

It was great

Only one false note and that was muted. Missy's role has been expanded and I look forward to seeing more of her. Dale was dour, decent and a bit gormless as usual, Meemaw and Mary and George put in their usual solid performances. Pastor Jeff and Robin put in some neat subtext.

The show is getting to the stage where Sheldon can only be the Linch pin, but he does a fine job of that.

There is only one small quibble. I thought there might be two because I find it hard to imagine German beer causing anyone to throw up, but this is Hollywood and I suppose anything is possible. But the running joke about George hogging the bathroom. This is Texas. Everything is big in Texas, so why haven't the Coopers got at least two loos ?

Good start for the final season

Warning: Spoilers
It was a good start for the final season creating some intriguing pltos which could be explored or developed further. My only real complain is that I feel like Missy stepping up felt too fast. It is interesting but it feels too fast for her character to immedeatly step up.

One plot point I like is about Mandy and Georgie. I would like to see how Mandy's family could affect their relationship or how Georgie's and Mandy's housing situation could affect their relationship.

Another thing I liked about the episode was about Robin and Pastor Jeff. I liked the fact that Robin was doing unchristian things and Pastor Jeff trying to keep his christian virtues.

In short, the episode was a good start to the final season but I ahd some nitpicks.

Wedding

It was a good episode and great story but the only problem is in this episode there was no talk or point to Georgi and mandy's wedding it's seemed like they forgot the fact they are getting married but the good side is finally we saw paster jef and his wife together in their house as a married couple.

(im sorry if i spell some of the names wrong or if i make dictation mistakes) Missy taking responsibility was quite intresting she managed her family very well like thats she's job and georgi point this fact he said "just like mom never left" it was so true and funny.

Marry cooper getting drunk with beer in germany also was very intresting.

I hope you enjoy my review and sorry again for my dictation problems.

A fun start to the final season
rsketch-9042017 February 2024
This was a fun episode, but I do have a nitpick. George tells Georgie that if he and Mandy sleep in George and Mary's room they'd be sleeping on the mattress Georgie was conceived on. We do know that Georgie was conceived out of wedlock, so it's highly unlikely George and Mary would have had a queen-sized mattress at that point.

Similarly, Georgie tells George that he'll be sleeping on the mattress CC was conceived on, but Mandy almost certainly got pregnant in her appartment, not in Georgie's room in the garage.

Of course, they may have just been trying to get under each other's skin.

It will be interesting to see how thigs develop with this rather full house.

Mary should have left Sheldon behind.

Warning: Spoilers
Once again the stars of Young Sheldon is everyone except Sheldon. After a tornado destroys Meemaw's home all Sheldon cares about himself. The standout is Missy who took over the reins of running the Cooper household. Poor Dale Meemaw's boyfriend always seems to put a foot in his mouth while trying to be sympathetic to Meemaw's plight. Pastor Jeff gets his conscience getting to him by giving his new TV to George since the money was Meemaw's his wife found. Mary wants to return home to help although there is no room for her and Sheldon. Mary should have left Sheldon behind in Germany. I did like that Mary got drunk and started singing.

Fantastic Episode (10/10). A Fantastic Start Of The Last Season.

Warning: Spoilers
So, Just Got Done Watching This Episode On Paramount+. It Was A Fantastic Way To Start Our Final Season. Where Do I Start? Why Not My Pal Missy's Plot?

So, After A Tornado Crashed Connie's House (Prior Of A Tornado, 10-Hour Flight, &amp Damn Fine Ring), Missy Decides To Be A Big Helping Hand To The Rest Of The Family, While Mary's Plot That Her &amp Sheldon Are Still In Germany Getting Ready To Leave To Help Out. But Obviously As You All Would've Expected, Sheldon Refuses, Because He Needs His Time. Everything About This Was Good, Except The Ending Where Mary &amp Sheldon Vomited. That Was Disgusting.

Also, The Part Where Sheldon Was Out Sitting With His German Pals As Mary Sings A Song, While Acting Weird Got Me Off Guard. It Was So Funny.

Well, That's My Review For This Final Season Start.

RATING: Fantastic Episode (100/100).

So very wrong

Warning: Spoilers
Found money isn't money that should be kept by a preacher. It wasn't in the donation basket. It belongs to the poor woman who lost it. Just because she isn't living a godly life does not justify "stealing' it. You're not exactly living a godly life. You're the preacher, a man of god filled with spartan in your heart.

This show has jumped the shark .... the preacher is the biggest liar, sinner and loser. Not biblical at all.

Wait until Mary finds out her idol has fallen. Oops. Mary has list it too. This show has a few characters that are out standing. I just love Missy. Best of the bunch. Sheldon is his usual obnoxious narcissistic personality.
