It's a good show don't know where it's leading yet. But so far entertaining and I'll watch till the end. Way better than most these days good acting beautiful scenery.

An entertaining chase for poachers, though the ridiculous cartoonish incompetence of Deputy McLanahan is irritating in the extreme and lacks any credibility. He is merely an NPC plot device used as a crutch to artificially create tension and jeopardy in the story.
The constant short-duration flashbacks are a questionable stylistic choice and add nothing - it is already obvious where they will lead and this could have easily been folded into the story conventionally in a less pretentious way.
