A Long Time Coming!!

Episode 5 of PLLOS is a love letter to those who love the mystery teen-drama slasher genre. This episode corrects many of the mistake most shows make when trying to portray this genre. The pacing, dialogue and unpredictability creates an enticing atmosphere that will leave you hooked onto your seat, whilst upping the stakes the longer you are invested.

The seemingly 'dark' new retake on the classic show has defied the odds (backlash) most shows receive when a reimagining of a previously told story is taking place.

A Halloween Kill

This Episode begins with Halloween in 1999, Angela got bullied. Faran her 'is Kelly Karen investigation' continues. It is Halloween day in the present day. Faran has a conversation with Kelly, she wants to find out of Kelly is Karen. A is also on duty at Halloween night. A got another mask on his face, a pumpkin mask. Faran kissed with Henry. Faran says to Kelly that she thinks that she is Karen. Tabby hits Tyler in his face, he is bleeding. A fights with Tyler. A strangled Tyler to death. Solid Episode of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, it was another Episode with a kill. But the tention was just not there!

I thought the previous episode was AWESOME. THIS IS EVEN BETTER

The Michael Myers + Black Christmas kinda masked killer is so good. I can't even begin to describe how happy I am they turned PLL into this more serious show. Anyway, to keep it short....

THAT DEATH SCENE... Wasn't the best, but it's probably the MOST SATISFYING EVER. It's a f* you to writers who wouldn't dare kill off some hated character early on. So this is so satisfying.

This show is getting better and better!

I watched the original PLL, I'm a day one fan of the series. Although it doesn't follow the storyline of the OG series, this is a PLL spinoff through and through. The use of A, mobile devices, girl group power, and even the theme song. I love it!

This episode gave us all the Halloween vibes, and I absolutely LOVED hearing Leo Moracchioli's version of Monster Mash playing when A is killing Tyler. Love seeing him get recognition he deserves! The music is kinda all over the place but in moments like that, top tier (also playing Living Dead Girl by Rob Zombie end of episode 1? YES PLEASE).

I binged all episodes in one day. And I cannot wait for the next one to be out!

Episode 5: The acting is average, the setting and atmosphere average to good with some attention to details, most of the cast more than terrible with some bright spots though, that changes between characters in each episode, the vibe and flow fuzzy and the show as much PLL as a Datsun is to a Buick.

Could still progress and improve, but I doubt it and more importantly, is it a limited one-season pretending nonsense?

So far, the storyline plots advance at a turtle speed and 50% in, there's nothing enthralling in sight. The writers don't give us nothing to dig into and some good acting don't make up for the bad and lame screenplay.

That made me quit watching. It's too much. Just so awful all around. Stopped it 10 minutes before it ended and I'm done. The teens speeches and the typical roles for all the characters are just infuriating.

I mean, no.. i tried to give a chance to this bs show, but its even horrible than primes "I know what you did last summer" series. I really hope this ends in season 1. Its not horror, or slasher i dont know what this is, but very poorly made. Not scary, not fun, nothing.. even the story is so stupid and unreal. And we have seen this mask killer thing 100000 times already and we all know how this will end.
