Warning: Spoilers
Paul, he does seem to have it all, on the surface anyway. This short illustration of a man living in a villa with his wife and daughter appear to be enjoying a summer's day off. On the inside however there appears to be a presence that paradoxes his apparent fruitful and bubbly personality towards his family. What begins to ignite this presence is his apparent short patience with his daughter Pauline's excessive playfulness. When Paul takes Pauline to the park the psychological presence is illustrated through Paul's point of view. Eventually, while they are watching a football game, the first fracture suddenly happens when Paul can no longer tolerate Pauline's playfulness. This eventually uncovers the mask of what turns out to be suppressed psychosis when they get back home and succumbs to a ruthless evil that has lurked in the shadows of his mind.
