We see Rachel and Adam hung up on a case where the defendant has been sentenced to death? Wasn't the defendant the same guy who starred alongside Sandra Bullock in "The Blind Side?" We see a court system stretched to the limit and the almost callous disregard of a life in jeopardy because of a clerical error. While the ending to this may be a disappointment, at least we see attorneys who are dedicated enough to fight on.
Our D.A. who went off the wall last episode continues his pattern. By the end, he is on the guitar. Believe me, he is no midnight cowboy. He performs at the gala attended by Harriet and Tommy Jefferson.
