I feel obliged to stop people from wasting two hours of their lives.

Warning: Spoilers
This was the slowest movie I have ever seen. I found myself checking my watch every 5 minutes to see if my suffering was to end soon. Nothing happened in this film. I imagine some of the deaths in this movie (very mild spoiler) were supposed to make you feel sad but I couldn't care less about the characters. Now being a teenager I thought maybe I am used to fast paced movies and I have possibly missed the mark; however I know this to not be true as I have watched countless 'slow' films and loved them, I also consider myself to be an avid movie watcher and all around geek. My friend and I saw this movie at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and bar this movie had a great time (I highly recommend going). The only thing that made this movie bearable was seeing Natalie Dormer outside the theater!

The expression: "bored me to tears" almost became a reality as the film was so terrible. Maybe it's because it's a Russian film and they have a very particular style but I doubt it. The idea that this film has a 6.3 rating at the moment is unfathomable to me. I liked none of the characters, the film was very obscure and not in a good way, there is not one memorable scene as nothing seemed to happen in the film, also minor complaint some of the English subtitles made no sense or were grammatically incorrect (but that's just me being picky). I really disliked this movie as I felt like I was being forced to watch a wide array of random scenes which held nothing interesting at all that were just thrown together to make this film. The only emotions that this movie provoked in me were hatred and regret.

I would maybe go as far to say I hate this movie and please people save two hours of your life.
