Getting a real taste of the Pinku genre whilst taking part in ICM's Japan viewing challenge,I took a look online for info about more recent Pinku,and stumbled upon J_Charles's IMDb review,which led to me looking for the Tokyo girls on the train.

Attempting to ride between the modern Adult Video and the classic era Pinku, director Tadashi Kyouya & cinematographer Yoshito Kimura take the flick quickly off the rails via filming everything in the cheapest, low-res digital video quality that had been regularly used in the early 2000's, turning the potentially Erotic, heavy on the foreplay, set-pieces into flat stilted action,with even the Pinku genre staple of a rape scene lacking the Grindhouse grime of traditional Pinku, despite the leering camera here giving the viewer plenty to grope at.

Introducing the flick by saying she is a lousy actress but she tried her best (modest & a fittie!) Risa Kasumi gives the flick much needed sexual sparks as Ayumi, not only in bringing a raunchy edge out of the S&M sequences, but also in displaying a sweet sensitive side in her inner monologue narration about being uncomfortable with the voyeurism track her husband has put this Tokyo train girl on.

explicit pinku but probably just a stripped AV

I don't understand Japanese so perhaps that hinders my review a bit. This seems to be a Japanese AV (Adult Video) with the penetration scenes stripped out. Risa Kasumi - one of my all time favourite AV starlets - plays a lead role in this movie that has barely any plot. It's basically sex scenes, strung together by train scenes. And on the train the girls get molested.

Risa starts things off with a shower scene where she fantasizes (or remembers?) an intensely passionate love making session where she's blindfolded and her hands are bound. But here she's enjoying the action and is the centre of attention.

the next scene with another actress where she's also bound but seems a bit more forced. It reaches its climax as well with our lovely lady spent and happy. The third brings back the train theme with a quickie in the cleanest washroom in Tokyo. Here the girl is the same as the one in the previous scene but she's the assertive one.

After that there's a short scene where the husband sees a video of his wife being ravaged and enjoying it. He smiles, but why? Then another couple grace the scene with another passionate display on a bed. They seem to be an older couple but she still has a nice body. This is followed by a rape scene where Risa is stalked and then raped on the

floor.

That rape scene was captured on camera and later watched by the husband who is enjoying until Risa catches him in the act. Risa commiserates with the younger lady and after that it's back on the train - this time with the younger lady rebuffing some guy's advances while Risa is fully encouraging it.

That's pretty much it. A lot of sex - some of it very steamy indeed. I love Risa Kasumi so that definitely helps. For a pinku? I'll give it 9. Although in reality, it's not a "real" pinku... just an edited AV.

------ P.S. I just watched a subtitled version of the movie and added a plot summary to the main page. After understanding the plot I think it does play well as a pinku with plot twists, and manipulation. Revised score 10/10
