- A man's head is beheaded offscreen. Shortly aftee he walks into view, stays upright and walking for an extended amount of time, even navigates a short set of stairs. He then falls and we get a brief closeup of the bloody stump.
- A man is hit by a car, this is sudden and unexpected. We see the man's bloody head as he lays on the street. The camera pans to the car that hit him, there is blood and gore on the windshield.
- Something falls of a building and hits a woman in the head, killing her. We see a pool of blood around her head.
- A woman's eyes are ripped out of screen. We later see her standing corpse with bloody, eyeless sockets.
