I love this show i love ahmed alshegeri We got used to it every ramadan When they stopped the show we felt something missing in our ramadan i hope ahmed make another program like this (other than the mini program that he produce ) really It's the best tv program ever.

This is the best documentary series ever it's really nice and beautiful how he gives an interesting informations about the lifestyle like good food and bad food country cultures and how your body works.

Best documentary TV Show in Saudi Arabia. Ahmad AlShugairi is a good presenter. I was Influenced by him to change some of my bad habits or behaviors. I started watching the series from 5th season which focus about Japan.
