Finch and Reese save the life of a veterinarian in a clinic. Then The Machine delivers the number of the prosecutor Vanessa Watkins, who sent to jail many low-lives and therefore should be a target of many criminals. Vanessa is married with the defense lawyer Jeremy Watkins, who has released many criminals using fails in the processes. Vanessa has just reported to the US Coast Guard that her husband falls off in the sea from their yacht and his body is missing. When Reese follows Vanessa, who is walking with her best friend Nicole, she is arrested by the police for murder. She is interrogated by Det. Cameron, who has a beef with her, and he discloses several evidence he has but he does not have a body, and she asks for a lawyer. Reese asks Fusco to see Vanessa in the interrogation room; however, she has attacked her lawyer and escaped from the precinct using her clothes. Reese finds her with a powerful drug-dealer, who delivers one kg of cocaine to her. Now Finch and Reese question whether she is a target or a perpetrator. Meanwhile, Carter's rookie Mike Laskey is spying on her for Terney.
"Reasonable Doubt" is a great episode of "Person of Interest", with a plot with many twists. Some of them are predictable, but the plot is very enjoyable. Even Carter, who was specialist in interrogation, is lured. Carter has to pay attention to her rookie, who seems to be from the HR. My vote is nine.
