In this Blue Bloods story, Donnie Wahlberg and Marissa Ramirez have a homicide where they get a way to eager confession and something doesn't feel right. They have to deal with a Russian crime boss in their effort to get at the truth.

Also in this story Will Estes and Vanessa Ray come upon a bizarre assault with a woman found naked in a park. It's a he said/she said, but they find the truth. In fact Bridget Moynahan gives her brother some sound advice. When Blue Bloods ends its run hopefully Jamie Reagan will get that gold shield.

But it's the commissioner himself who has the real crisis. State Senator Peter Coyote is caught assaulting his girlfriend and when a policeman tries to arrest him Coyote flashes one of those courtesy cards. Now that might get you out of a summons, but this is a whole other story. In any event back in the day there were rumors of a questionable shooting that Tom Selleck and his partner were involved in. Coyote will get the rumor mill going. It could get nasty.

Coyote as a corrupt State Senator is fine, but one to watch out for is Izabella Miko a most dangerous Russian female.

Favorite moment: Danny kicks mechanic back under car. 'The correct answer is 'how can help you detective?"

Then mechanic flees but southpaw Danny nails mechanic with a tire-iron.

Both guest stars would have kept me watching on their own but two in one episode? C'mon, just awesome TV!

Warning: Spoilers
A television chef is murdered and a 16 year old quickly confesses but Danny is sure that he is lying and is willing to take the blame for someone. Wiring someone else involved leads to the real killer admitting what has been done, but alas, it's not the person they thought had done this deed.

Peter Coyote, looking much older, guest-stars in this episode, portraying a state senator involved with his aide who is stopped by the police and was drinking. The Coyote character wants his friend Frank to squash the situation and tells Frank that there have been rumors circulating about a 1986 incident when Frank was a street officer.

Jaime and Eddie become involved in a case where he thinks the guy is telling the truth and she thinks the opposite. Both of them are becoming more like psychologists.
