Touching
Hitchcoc20 March 2019
The story begins with a little blind girl walking her dog. She has her purse snatched by a thief. Her dog runs away and she manages to find a hole in a fence where he has exited. This leads her into a surreal world as she tries to find him. There are all sorts of characters, animals, cars, buses, and weird sights. The key is the idea of sights. She has a magic to her when she goes into the dark place, chasing her little dog. It's so touching.

Cute.
This short doesn't have any reviews yet, so I might as well give it one. This is a very cute and entertaining animation. Its not very long, but its worth watching. Its on YouTube. If you're going to watch it, watch the original video to support the animator.

Fun and Heartwarming

A soft and fun perspective of the world from the "eyes" of a blind child. There is no much to the plot, but I will invite you to.explore with here, for 5 minutes.

A new perspective

Warning: Spoilers
This adorable animation wonders what it must be like for a blind girl, who can't rely on seeing what is going on as we do. To her, everything about her environment outside of her familiar route is unknown and she relies on her guide dog to know how to get around. When her bag is stolen, her dog runs off to chase the thief, and she is left to explore the unfamiliar word without his guidance. At first the world is completely black and scary, but we gradually see what she can hear. Then she finds a stick which becomes her way of feeling the environment and "seeing" more, and she can also smell and hear things, allowing her to fill in the gaps from imagination. So the stick becomes a magic wand, and vehicles have fish-like fins, and the noise of an aircraft overhead becomes like a whale shark traversing the sky.

The result is a charming and heart-felt short animation that hit me right in the feels. It also conveys a message about how different the experience of the world can be for people with disabilities, compared to what we take for granted when able to use all of our senses - which might be why some of the reviewers have missed the point.

Something is missing
AnonymousbutDilpreet00225 August 2020
Something is missing, and it's definitely not feelings. Well, I don't understand what's the purpose of that magic stick, does it play any role, I think it's just for filling the 5 minutes. Yes, I do know that films are about imagination, but there isn't anything in it that I have not watched before.

The girl's voice feels lovely when she calls her dog KoKo. I adore Japanese animation. Their characters are always so well made.

Nothing great, overall.
