Privacy Rights have pretty much been trampled with the Affordable Care Act. Every time you step into a retail business, you photo image is taken so your rights to your image are no longer yours. DNA research has pretty much given us a sense of a loss of our own privacy as well.
There is a difference between privacy and choice. While we have choice and pay the price for it with the Opoid Crisis and rising Suicide Rates, at least we can look at the current chaos with an Independent view. Meanwhile, shopping malls are now putting images of every customer on their closed circuit systems, but can restrict any person on their "private" property from using their camera to take a picture. No wonder internet shopping is booming. The privacy cost of stepping into a mall for anything other than walking exercise has become too great.
