Dingo Pictures rears its ugly head again
TheLittleSongbird5 August 2016
This review may be criticised for very similar wording to my other Dingo Pictures reviews and talking about the same flaws. However it is very hard not to when the flaws, which are so numerous that all their output is irredeemably bad, are the same in every single animation of theirs.

Dingo Pictures is very like Video Brinquedo, in that there is not a single good animation in its output and that all their animations are cheap in every department, derivative with no original characters or ideas to the extent of being blatant rip-offs and often irredeemably bad rubbish.

As aforementioned in my previous Dingo Pictures reviews, it is hard to know where to start when there are no redeeming qualities whatsoever (other than that the only evidence of any professionalism if at all is in the Phoenix Games logo, where agreed all the money went), and even for a studio with next to nothing worthwhile.

The animation is some of their most cheapest-looking. Even for low-budget animation, the flat colours, very simplistic backgrounds and lack of detail and derivative, recycled and creepy character animation (some lifted out of 'Animal Soccer World', and characters randomly falling into random and silent laughter for no reason at all (especially the cat). As well as a style, a very cheap mix between MS Paint and water colour paintings, that makes art of primary school children who draw and paint in half an hour or less seem more accomplished.

The music is inappropriately jaunty, disconcertingly creepy and always sounds misplaced, never fitting with what's going on. Not to mention that it very rarely stops, actually sounding like it was composed and recorded on loop. The story feels incredibly disjointed and goes nowhere a lot of the time, often feeling like a short cartoon stretched out to half-feature-length and badly struggling to find material to fill and sustain it.

As is the case with all their output, the script is unbelievably bad and intelligence insulting, some of the worst ever written. It's incredibly repetitive, awkward-sounding (none of it flows naturally) and juvenile that it will insult any adult is bad enough but even young children will feel dumber after hearing some of the dialogue here. There is even cussing that appears randomly and is horrendously out of place. 'Dalmatians 3' also has over-used and over-obvious narration that sounds like a monotone narrator reading out a storybook for an audio book/recording, devoid of any energy or expression, every line spoken too slowly.

Not a likable or interesting character here, all of them are incredibly irritating and display once again a complete lack of originality. Some of them like the crow serve no point whatsoever to the story. The sound effects are bizarre and randomly placed and the voice acting is amateurish even by low-budget animation standards with badly mismatched lip movements that don't fit the speaking at all, often being annoying (the crow), poorly recorded (all the dogs), creepy-sounding (the cat) and incomprehensible and even ill-fitting.

Overall, 'Dalmatians 3' is another stinker in a notoriously dubious output. 1/10 Bethany Cox

Probably the worst animated mockbuster ever made
bellino-angelo201428 August 2019
Also animated movies have their mockbuster versions, and they are mostly made by two companies: Dingo pictures (that made this one) and Video Brinquedo (that are even worse, tho this is not an endorsement!). And just like the live action mockbusting companies they try to cash in on their cheap knock-offs.

The animation is horrible, like they weren't obviously trying. While to the most dumb and undemanding child it may look great, to everyone else (including kids older than 7) is horrible and annoying. The characters are almost always blocky, the lips are often unsynchronised, the backgrounds are almost always repeated and the characters have also one and only facial expression. The soundtrack is also awful, looks like they only made a musical base and then they put it on continuous loop. It sounds grating and it's prone to make the viewer close on falling asleep.

And, wanna know the most interesting part? Although the poster looks like a knock-off of 101 DALMATIANS, the movie has nothing to do with Disney's classic... NOTHING! In substance, I would never recommend this movie to anyone, neither to my worst enemys or to punish the most vicious brat! It's badly made, badly dubbed, grating, cringeworthy and painful to watch. I hated it so much... but so much to the point that I hoped to give it a zero!

All The Budget Went Into The Logo
Illyngophobia24 July 2016
In the world of horrible video games, especially knock-offs, this is truly a work of art and it's a surprise that most people don't know about it.

From poor gameplay that makes it difficult or almost impossible to run it on your console to the dreadful graphics, this is easily one of the worst video games out there. However, this isn't what has gotten this the notoriety it has. That would be because of a feature on the main menu, which comes in the form of a 45 minute cartoon that is probably a bigger insult than the gameplay itself.

It's hard to even say what the plot of this is, and I'm not sure what's the worst part about this; the animation being worse than anything released on the Phillips CD-I or Sega CD, the ridiculously bad ADR, or that something this bad was released in 2003 on the PS2.

This is a nightmare that you have to see to believe to understand how truly bad it is--and it's not even "so bad it's good bad" either. It's just...wow.

The Best Animated Film Ever!!!
shoovington1 November 2018
The best movie from Dingo Pictures is available on Playstation 2! The film has a deep plot and lovely characters. The voice output is first class and is not a rip-off of 101 Dalmatians! Do not believe the bad reviews!
