First, it represents more than a very good rock song. But kick to memories precious for each Eastern European. It is about 1989 years, with its chain of changes, revolutions, illusions, falls and resurrection of democratic values. And this makes it useful in profound sense. A song about freedom and slice of recent history. So, for many reasons, just great.

With everything going on in Europe and the former Soviet Union, Wind of Change still resonates for sure. Wind of Change speaks to freedom not just with the fall of the Berlin Wall, but now for sure with everything going on in Europe.
This is a beautiful ballad from a hard rock band.
