Charlene Prickett was nicknamed the Queen of the TV Gym. There is nobody quite like Arkansas born and raised Charlene who now lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. With her real-life friends, Christine and Cindy, they offer plenty of back up and support while they exercise for the hour. The workout reminds me a lot of Charlene's famous exercise series, "It Figures." Charlene is encouraging to everybody out in the audience. She makes it look so easy too. The music isn't more than background noise. Still, I enjoyed spending an hour with an old friend.
