Summer Love in Montreal
VorstadtJugend19 February 2019
The movie reminds in some ways of a heterosexual version of Andrew Haigh's "Weekend". Lonely boy meets his manic pixie dream girl and what could have been a one-night stand unfolds into a fully-grown summer romance. The couple, Theo and Mag, definitely have chemistry, the acting is on point but very subtle. All in all, it is a convincing movie about young love, desire and how to deal with the fact that summer will end eventually.

Love story with no ending
belgenbee1 March 2019
Not everyone will like this movie. It's a slow-paced movie about two young people that fall in love during the summer... and that's it. Nothing really happens. They talk, spend time together, make love, sing songs, talk some more... It's just a ''feeling'' movie. There isn't really a story besides watching them be together and enjoy the summer. Not to say it's a bad thing though. I enjoyed it. It was a pleasant watch. My only grip is that there is no ending at all. I just ends. You don't know what will happen next and there is absolutely no explanation to the ''mystery'' surrounding the guy. You just have to imagine it. Not bad, but not for everyone.

Bad boring useless, one of the worst !
jpgougouh4 October 2018
The movie starts very well actually, but it turns out to come extremely bad and boring after 20 minutes this movies is really really useless. This is one of the worst movie I have ever seen: You wait 10 minutes for them to talk on the phone, nothing happens....ever!! it's like that on the whole movie! The actors are cool, but act boring. I love the topic but the way it's put together is just meh. So many movies from Quebec are just too artsy to be good. (I'm from Quebec) They try to exploit awkwardness in one role but it just doesn't work, and there is no substance in this movie, it's just plain nothing!
