I liked the poster and put it in my queue. That was a month ago and now just got to it. It came with subtitles, yellow subtitles which is better than white subtitles but this film has many bright scenery and it made it difficult to read. They should have given us the option to use subtitles that way I could have placed a black background against the yellow. So, unless you speak the language (Italian, I believe) it'll be very difficult to keep up because you'll keep rewinding and pausing just to read the subtitles (I did that at first and then stopped.)

It is beautifully shot. Apparently there's always some happy time happening, and it's apparently a Comedy but with the lack of readable subtitles I had a hard time keeping up. The main character seems to be carefree, smiling all the time, loves her life etc., but of course that's the evident façade. I think she's a therapist or psychiatrist/psychologist...who knows, who cares. Her father dies, apparently he was an atheist and her mother keeps trying to put a crucifix in his coffin but the daughter keeps taking it out. As an atheist myself: most atheists wouldn't care what one put in their coffin (unless they expressed it before dying) because atheists typically believe there's nothing after we die so why would we care what the living do: we're dead. Perhaps that was supposed to be one of those 'Comedic' moments.

Perhaps I had to be Italian or Catholic or something to get the humor in this. I just didn't find any of it humorous. I mean, the sister of the main character apparently has a disease. What disease? She's a compulsive shopper. I think that scene was supposed to be funny but it just wasn't. A patient the main character has, I think those scenes are supposed to be funny but they're not. Also the main character seems bored by them. The character, the actress-I don't know which.

Overall, I didn't really care for it. Wasn't my cup of tea.
