This is a Hong Kong variant on the Bond formula that oddly isn't made by Shaw. The story involves the hunt for a newly-discovered formula that could be lethal on an international scale in the wrong hands. The formula is stolen, the scientists behind it murdered, and Interpol are on the hunt for it. There's little of interest in this low budget and quite often plodding story, aside from a few staple action moments; I was amused to see Woo Fung, best known for his roles as bespectacled cop superiors in the 1980s, playing the action hero alongside a similarly youthful Roy Chiao.
