Silent Bloodnight (2006)
Rubbish
This Film is absolute rubbish!
Worthless acting, worthless script, worthless (zero) plot, worthless direction, worthless lighting.
Utter garbage. I'm a big, big fan of horror but this takes the pi**.
I can now see why nobody has commented on this before. Thought I should add a warning as it has just started showing on Zone Horror in the UK and people may be fooled into watching it! How it has good an average 3.1 is beyond me!
I never watched it all the way to end so unless an ending occurred to rival that of the first Saw Movie then this gets a zero from me (I only wish we could vote zero on here!).

Still Game (2002)
The very best in Comedy
What is there to possibly say about this series other than "utterly superb"!! This is the very best comedy series that I have ever seen. Everything about it from the settings, to the characters, to the script are just amazing. The show centres around Victor & Jack and the situations they get into along with the conversations that they have. Some of the shows can be quite moving but 95% is just 100% hilarious! From Victor & Jack's banter, to Winston's temper, to Isa's gossip. Everything just clicks together like nothing I have seen before. I never saw the characters in Chewing The Fat and my Dad bought my attention to this series. Everybody should give this show a chance and check it out. It really is that good! It puts more recent "sitcoms" such as My Family to shame. If all shows were this good I'd have no problem with paying my TV License every year. This is worth every penny!

Shark Attack 3: Megalodon (2002)
This Film ROCKS
There is not a lot left to be said about this movie really:
THAT stock footage THAT fantastic "pick up" line THOSE amazing Submarine controls THE best Digital Camera ever (you know what I mean)
You name it this film as it all. Let's get it in the bottom 100 quick. Cult status soon to follow!! If you have not seen this film -see it. Making me laugh just writing about it! Everythin about it is so awful it's brilliant. Nu-Image make the most horrendous "monster" movies ever but they are addictive (Octopus, Spiders etc). If you ever see this in the bargain bin or to rent just go for it. 80 mins not wasted trust me!
I have the trilogy - don't bother with the 1st two movies.

Hostel (2005)
A good overall Horror Movie
I went into watching Hostel with the hope that it will be something that will stick with me like films such as Stagefright: Aquarius or Suspira. It was close but, sadly, not close enough.
The opening scene is the one part of the movie that, to me, sticks out. The simplicity and subtle brutality of the lone figure cleaning one (of many it turns out) of the torture rooms whilst whistling nonchalantly is a vivid and unsettling opening to a movie. The "Whistle while you work" sub-text within the scene is also very clever.
From there the film takes the viewer on varying journeys. From drug-fuelled sex-a-thons in Amsterdam to a well deserving revenge in a railway toilet via un-deniably horrific scenes of torture.
All in all I was impressed with the film as a whole but was left with the feeling that it could of been so much more.
On a final note was it me or does that eye makeup on the Japenese Girl look just like the make up used in the Horror/Comedy April Fools Day? Maybe just me hey! Thanks for reading.
