This epic drama chronocling a friendship is truly a masterpiece, and one of the best films of the year for sure - of not even the best.
In Sweden (whose composer did the music for this film, by the way), it was part of the "Cinema Pass", showcasing great smaller films, and this one is very much deserving of such an honor and awards. It is incredibly beautifully shot, cinematographied and edited. The imagery it features is simply beautiful.
What really makes it shine, though, is the excellent acting and the emotional script - it is simply so well-written, so heart wrenching and so subtle.
It is somber, somewhat tragic, yet still conveys a beautiful outlook.
