Storyline
Plot Summary |
The Divine Didi, a European actress known more for her bubble bath scenes than for her acting, decides she has had enough with bubble baths and wants to be taken seriously as an actress. So-much-so that during the filming of a bubble bath scene, she runs away and winds up in Oregon. While staying in a hotel, the operator accidentally connects her with real estate agent Tom Meade trying to reach his wife at a beauty salon. She asks him to bring her some food. When he does, he suggests she go to his remote, hard-to-sell cabin in the woods to continue hiding from Hollywood and her director/boyfriend while increasing the sales value of the property. She agrees. Now Tom must keep the secret, especially from his wife Martha and from his suspicious housekeeper Lily.

Trivia | Certain musical cues in the movie were originally written by John Williams for early episodes of Lost in Space (1965). Particularly notable is a menacing motif which originally accompanied early appearances of the Robinson's Robot, while he was still under the control of Dr. Smith. See more » |
Goofs | In her tantrum, Didi pulls a fish off a plaque that was mounted on the wall and throws it at Tom. When Tom was being questioned by the police later in the cabin, the fish was back on the wall. See more » |
