A Ridiculous Mish-mash

This movie reminds me of the age-old maxim: "If you try to be all things to everyone, you'll end up being nothing to anyone."

I only stuck it out because the German language was so simple and clearly articulated. But as a movie, this is a major failure: horrible acting, absurd story which attempts to combine every popular movie trope in recent history. Just awful.

Jumbled mess

I rated this 1 star on the fact I didn't finish the movie nor were compelled do so. The fact it was a German movie I was a little detached from what was going on early on but I kept with it for most it the movie. So the probelms I found. The lead actress. I didn't like her, didn't understand her actions or anything she did in the movie. I have no clue what was happening. I found it extremely boring. She like an electron bounched from unintersting characters, from Bangkok to Berlin. The boyfriend (was he?), the shrink, the Asian girl who didn't look Asian, the blonde best friend in the mental asylum. When they started that time travel nonsense it lost me completely. Maybe not my genre but this is a nonsense movie that makes absolutely no sense with miserable characters and a lead I just hated. Avoid.

What the hell were they thinking? This movie makes no sense at all. A bunch of jumbled images on a cheap camera with a cast that can't act.

Great Movie

I enjoyed watching this debut film. A gripping and crisp story with great special effects. A perfect mix for me. The selection of sets was great and matched the story of the film perfectly. Likewise the choice of actors. I'm looking forward to the next movie!!

Ignore the haters. Ingenium is ingenious. The acting is fantastic, so I have no idea which movie some were watching!

I was gripped from the start. Just watch, enjoy & don't think too hard.
