My personal comments: This is another war movie. War movies can't seem to become unpopular.

They fade in and fade out from and to scenes. There are scenes where two pictures are put together. One picture is solid, like soldiers walkig, and the other one is somewhat faded, like showing ghostly figures of soldiers dying - rather bigger pictures.

A the end of the movie there is a video of a tower of some building and they had added horses with chariots running in the sky by implementing another video. They play with videos : the camer zooms in, fades out, and another scene starts. I don't particularly remember that I have seen anything like this in any other previous Oscar nominated movies. Is this the first movie where they are doing that?
