With evidence fairly obvious to the viewer, Helen suspects that Bob may be having an affair with another woman. (White hair on his old suit, being found on a remote island instead of a work conference, and walking in on Bob...)

...kissing Mirage. (Although in context, it wasn't an affair, just a thankful kiss.)

When Syndrome notes that Mr. Incredible/Bob got married, he notices their kids and remarks that they "got busy".

A robotic android causes destruction in the city.

At the end of the film, Syndrome falls into the blades of a plane and gets brutally killed. Although, it is off-screen.

The robotic droid that Syndrome creates with his threats and actions may scare younger viewers.

An idea of how accurate the TECE (below) is: 5-10 is a little-kid suitable, G-Rated type of film (i.e. Care Bears, Sleeping Beauty); 10-15 is going to be a little harsher, but not by much (i.e. This); 15-20 could be pretty high up there (i.e. Indiana Jones), 20-25 is going to pretty darn adult (i.e. The Dark Knight); 25-30 is going to be a film most likely not suitable for anyone under 17(i.e. Braveheart); 30-40 is going to be an absolutely, positively adults-only film (i.e. Saving Private Ryan). 40 and up is pretty much high R / NC-17 (i.e. Pulp Fiction)
